TMA World e-Class Coaching provides learners with access to a qualified and experienced advice 24/7.
Our personal coaching assistance can be used to extend and support learning processes, or can be offered as a one-off service to assist any employee seeking specialist and timely help. Delivery of World e-Class Coaching is in the following three formats:
E-mail: A user sends in a specific query to a designated TMA World account handler, and will receive a response from a relevant TMA World expert typically within 24 hours.
Phone: A pre-arranged call can be set up to discuss any relevant workplace issue and concern. The user simply posts an enquiry, and a TMA World administrator will arrange a 30 minute consultation with a relevant TMA World expert.
Virtual Coach: Follows the same format as the telephone service, but incorporates a pre-defined virtual coaching session via web conferencing technology.
