This evidence is then analyzed into a set of reports tailored to the needs of the learner, their Manager and the Learning & Development team, so they can all see which capabilities have been improved and how these improved capabilities have been deployed back into the workplace.

Most importantly, we analyze how the improved and deployed capabilities impact efficiency, retention, profit and reputation.
