The Managing Remote Workers Learning Path follows our unique Discover-Develop-Deploy learning philosophy:
Discover
Two weeks prior to a scheduled workshop, delegates will be asked to:
- Complete a self assessment skills audit to identify what they do well and what they would like to improve
- Join an issues forum
- Complete a 1 hour Global Communication self study e-learning module.
Develop
Delegates will attend a scheduled face-to-face or virtual workshop, which covers topics including:
- Remote management challenges
- People: Communicating, building trust and motivating
- Expectations: Structure, information and measures
- Performance: Sensing, enabling and developing.
Deploy
Post workshop, delegates will access a number of resources including a personalized action plan, a video gym and job aids. The TMA World Learning Portal can be used to access these resources.
