Learning With You
We are process-driven people. All of our learning solutions are powered by simple, but effective, processes, and partnering with you would be no different.
We work with each client on a case by case basis, or in our process terminology each client is a unique CASE:

Challenge: Before any proposal is submitted, we listen intently to understand the specific business and people challenges you are trying to address. We would explore the issues with you to ensure that there is common agreement on what needs to be done. We also learn about the organizational culture in which the solution needs to work, as well as other factors that could impact the success of the project.
Aim: Once we clearly understand the needs, we will work with you to identify specific learning outcomes - clearly articulated goals and objectives. An account team will be set up which will include a dedicated account manager, subject matter experts, and experienced training consultants.
Solution: When the learning goals and objectives are set, we can work with you to define the solution. Our solutions fall into four Colleges: Change, Leadership, Teamwork, and Diversity. Content within each College is modular in structure so that a specific solution might consist of learning units from one or several Colleges. You might want a degree of customisation, and that can be accommodated. As well as content, the appropriate delivery method(s) need to be chosen, for example, a blend of e-learning and classroom delivery, classroom only or e-learning only, or even webinar.
Evaluation: A decision to be made early in the process is the evaluation method. Will there be pre and post tests - what we call the Program Mastery Process - a post session written evaluation, or something at a deeper level?
