The DIVERSITYworks programme is an imaginative and interactive 1 or 2 day session aimed at the application of key diversity principles and skills. It is delivered by TMA World consultants, when appropriate with several partner organizations.

Depending on your needs, TMA World is also able to develop a Diversity Effectiveness Toolkit e-learning tool accompanying the programme that addresses key diversity issues relating to your business. This e-tool includes access to short learning modules, activities, job aids and quizzes introducing the concept of diversity and why it is so important to business today.
