Managing Your Time & Setting Priorities

Managing time effectively and paying attention to what’s really important is a skill for life as well as work. Poor time management skills lead to feelings of constant “crisis management”, the need to come in early and leave late and, ultimately, stress. This highly interactive programme provides participants with a framework of 12 time management dimensions to help manage their time more effectively, improve their prioritisation and productivity, and reduce stress on themselves and their colleagues. It is packed with practical tips and techniques and uses a comprehensive time management analysis and planning tool called the Time Mastery Profile. Participants are given a schedule of activities to do after the classroom event to continue the learning process in the workplace.
