Inclusive Leadership: Leveraging Knowledge, Skills and Experience in Groups
The TMA World Inclusive Leadership programme is a process of personal and interpersonal discovery about human differences in the context of creating competitive advantage for business. Its primary goal is to help create engaged and collaborative environments in which the potential of all individuals is realized so that organizational goals can be met or exceeded.
Demographic, economic and social changes have put effective collaboration as a strategic business initiative on the priority list. The global business community is increasingly inter-connected. Companies that take inclusiveness seriously are increasing recruitment and retention of talented employees, improving relationships with other key stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers and partners), and are finding and connecting with new market opportunities globally.
The Inclusive Leadership programme focuses on developing the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for strategically leveraging inclusive leadership behaviours internally within the to the business (for deep collaboration between colleagues, generative teamwork, and idea-creation), and in the external business environment (for developing strong and lasting relationships with diverse market segments, partners and other stakeholders).

Methods
The Inclusive Leadership programme can be developed as either a one or two day session. We will work with you to determine the best duration and format based on audience profile, final content, etc. As with all TMA World programmes, the session is highly interactive and experiential. We look to work with issues brought by participants, to reflect the company’s business realities, as well as address specific challenges faced by leaders in the company.
In some cases, we have also developed a tailored e-learning tool to complement the classroom session. The structure of the e-learning element is typically based around six main content areas (The Issues, Inclusive Leadership Model, Case Study, Quick Test, Toolkit, Your View) totalling approximately one hour of learning content.
