TMA World demonstrate thought leadership in global working trends

TMA World is pleased to announce that Terence Brake, Head of Learning & Innovation, has been invited to speak at several industry events and conferences throughout 2012, showcasing the breadth of his knowledge.

His busy schedule kicks off with the Dialogin Global Leadership Competence Conference, which is being held in Konstanz, Germany, between 29 and 30 June. He will be speaking to a varied audience, including intercultural trainers, HR and OD specialists, researchers and academics about a core area of his and TMA World’s expertise, the competencies required to lead people and organizations in a global business environment.

Between July 16-20, he will be running a week long seminar devoted to Developing Cultures of Collaboration. This session will be held at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication, Reed College, Portland, where he has been on the expert faculty for a number of years.

He will make a pre-recorded  presentation, sharing his thoughts and insights with other thought leaders from academic and corporate backgrounds, to be shown at the 2012 Global Leadership Summit, Northeastern University, Boston, 7-8 August.

His current event schedule ends in Minneapolis on October 19, with the keynote slot at the twelfth annual SIETAR USA conference. He will be addressing issues and solutions around navigating complexity in an intercultural world, allowing him to speak about another of his passions,  global team working.

Terry says, “It is a privilege to be asked to present and discuss ideas with so many people who share my interests. The wonderful thing about sharing ideas is that you always end up with so many more than when you started. Learning never ends.”

We are looking forward to filling our diaries with many other conferences and industry events over the coming months for Terry and other experts within TMA World.  Keep an eye on www.tmaworld.com for regular updates on these opportunities and other news and insights.
