There is a lot of noise these days about workplace culture. Social media is often viewed as tool supporting positive cultural change. But is it? “It’s an argument to which employees apparently respond: Oh please!” says Jessica Stillman at Gigacom. She is basing her view on a recent survey - “Core Values and Beliefs”- conducted by Deloiite.
The study surveyed 1,000 employees and about 300 executives about their views on social tools. It appears that executives appear to be more enthusiastic than employees. Here are a few of the results...
