There is a lot of noise these days about workplace culture. Social media is often viewed as tool supporting positive cultural change. But is it? “It’s an argument to which employees apparently respond: Oh please!” says Jessica Stillman at Gigacom. She is basing her view on a recent survey - “Core Values and Beliefs”- conducted by Deloiite.
