Learning Formats
In meeting the needs of our clients for efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility, we 'bundle' our solutions in ways most suitable to each client. Typically, the solutions we deliver are 'blended' - combinations of technological and classroom delivery. Technological delivery mechanisms, such as e-learning, are used for introducing concepts and skills and follow-up learning activities, while classroom time is used for experiential learning and practical application.
Any solution could consist of any or all of the following:
Workshop
A 1, 2, or 3 day classroom session aimed at putting concepts, processes, tools, and skills into action.
E-Learning
Training modules online aimed at introducing and reinforcing key concepts and skills.
Toolkit
An integrated online learning package combining an exploration of key concepts, a developmental assessment tools, and relevant skill modules.
Virtual Classroom:
Short learning and/or feedback sessions with a facilitator carried out via telephone and web-based technology.
E-Information Resource:
Access via the web to e-coaches, e-communities, cases, reference material, etc.
