Our StoryChallengesTMA began its own journey - like Federal Express - as an MBA project. We took a leap into the world of global business and asked: "What are the real and urgent challenges faced by managers today?" We didn't just want to identify the challenges, we wanted to experience them. And so as a small company - but with expanding global reach - we did!
Three Critical Areas of CompetenceThe critical management skill zones we identified fell under three core 'competency clusters': Each competency cluster contains relevant workshops, tools, and toolkits. The clusters represent distinct areas of expertise, but they are also interrelated. Company strategies often necessitate change, and successful change requires leaders who can collaborate effectively with teams of diverse people. And so, we make it easy for clients to create a modular solution that mixes some or all the competency clusters. Learning FormatsHaving identified the core management capabilities, our final question was: "How can we deliver learning & development solutions to managers in ways that are powerful and accessible?"
