3d Learning Philosophy
We recognize that quality learning is most often the outcome of a well-designed process, not chance.
We have created a simple, but powerful, three-phase process for our Learning Path solutions we call the 3ds: Discover-Develop-Deploy.
All phases of the process are important, but we place emphasis on Deploy. We are not in the business of providing learning for its own sake. The only desired outcome is change in the learner (mindsets, skills, knowledge, behaviours) leading to measurable performance improvement and business results.
While the three-phase Discover-Develop-Deploy process is a standard feature in all of our Learning Path solutions, the actual learning content is customizable, to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our Learning Paths can be deployed through the TMA World Learning Portal or your organization’s LMS.
Phase 1: Discover
Discover essential skills and knowledge through foundational and self-assessment activities, including an introductory learning path video, self-study e-learning module, skill self-assessment and pre-session meeting.
Phase 2: Develop
Develop understanding of key principles, best practices and powerful models and their application in the workplace. This phase is conducted in either a virtual or face-to-face workshop and concludes with a deployment plan.
Phase 3: Deploy
Deploy learning in the real world. This phase can include many online deployment resources, including one minute skill videos, online deployment forums,a Learning Path questionnaire and ROI assessment.

Usage levels, the learning achieved and associated return on investment can be measured using built in evaluations, meaning you have complete clarity on how each individual is progressing.
